Marc Casciani joined The Fedeli Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2023. He received both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. He is grateful to be a servant leader in his community by sitting on the local school board.

Kelly is a lead Client Executive for many clients in various industries including real estate, construction, environmental and more. He has been in the insurance industry as a Property & Casualty agent for 30 years with Love Insurance Agency and The Fedeli Group. Insurance designations include Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). He is an active member of the Cleveland Chapter of CPCUs, is a current trustee of the Chapter, and is a past President.

Josh serves clients in a Vice President and Practice Leader role for the Fedeli Group’s Employee Benefits Division. Josh joined The Fedeli Group after a 15-year career with Medical Mutual as a Senior Account Executive. His experience in strategic planning, benefit program development and identifying industry trends and opportunities as it relates to public sector entities makes him an asset to The Fedeli Group’s clients. He is responsible for client relationships and overall execution of client work plans and service delivery as well as coordinating all The Fedeli Group resources to serve the clients.

Debbie May joined The Fedeli Group in 2005 as an Account Manager and in 2015 was named Personal Lines Manager of the Property & Casualty division. She has 38 years of experience in the insurance industry, and she is a proud volunteer with her family at a local food shelter that leads one of two largest food drives the pantry receives each year.

Diana Jaworski joined the Fedeli Group in early 2014 as an Account Manager in the Commercial Property and Casualty Division. She has previous experience in the Commercial Property & Casualty industry of over 10 years. Her current responsibilities include managing medium to large insurance programs along with coordinating the day-to-day detail with the client and the insurance marketplace. Diana is the dedicated account manager to many not-for-profit clients of The Fedeli Group. Her expanding role includes assisting with policy review, coverage analysis, and assisting with marketing and renewal of insurance programs for clients. Diana has an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation.

Bob Smith delivers creative health and welfare benefit solutions to clients as Practice Leader of the Emerging Market Segment within Employee Benefits. His team partners with businesses ranging from two to 99 employees, and they take pride in tailoring innovative programs and resources that are invaluable to employers’ ability to grow, thrive, and attract and retain talent.

Bob joined The Fedeli Group in 2023 after extensive experience managing corporate accounts in various industries and, most recently, as a benefits consultant for a human resources solutions firm. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Cleveland State University.

In his free time, Bob coaches youth sports (CYO), has taught tennis for more than 25 years, and loves spending time with his wife and three children.

Danny joined The Fedeli Group in 1993 and is the company’s top agent. His vision and energy have helped make The Fedeli Group one of the fastest growing companies in Ohio. Danny’s expertise includes a specialty in dealing with closely held businesses. He earned his BSBA from John Carroll University. Danny is on the board of directors/trustees Visiting Nurses Association of Ohio and he coaches multiple youth sports (CYO). In his free time, he loves being outside—especially playing golf—and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jason Adamczyk leads client strategy for the Commercial Market division and focuses on developing relationships as Vice President, Client Executive. An experienced employee benefits consultant, he brings a passion for helping employers maximize value for their healthcare spend. He executes this mission by collaborating with HR leaders and executive teams, guiding them to meet operational goals that deliver financial results.

Jason graduated from Saint Ignatius High School and earned a degree from Baldwin-Wallace University, later completing coursework at the University of Dayton Law School with a concentration in general and transactional law.

While his free time is rather limited as a father of five, Jason is an avid golfer and hunter. He also serves the community through his church and is a committee member for The Steak Club Foundation, which is dedicated to fighting food insecurity, strengthening the urban core and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Harry serves at the Executive Vice President of the Employee Benefit Division. He has been with The Fedeli Group for over 40 years.

After graduating from Westlake High School, Harry joined the United States Marine Corps with a six-year commitment. He earned a certificate in electronics from Philco Ford and took various college courses while on active duty. Following his honorable discharge, Harry continued his education at Lorain Community College and Cleveland State University.

Harry currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Maryssa’s Mission Foundation and has previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Mercy Health Foundation Lorain.

Harry is married, with four children and seven grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his grandchildren, and engaging in lifelong learning through reading.

Tom Christy is an accomplished all-risk insurance executive at The Fedeli Group dedicated to protecting people and assets. He brings a dual-threat background in consulting and business development to the firm’s Risk Management and Employee Benefits practices. His approach is to understand each organization’s business and risk tolerance while working with his team to identify ways to enhance and design programs that mitigate risk.

Tom has over a decade of industry experience, having worked for a regional insurance brokerage firm and a start-up insurance venture. A graduate of Saint Ignatius High School and Ohio University, he is committed to making the world a better place through involvement in a variety of professional and philanthropic organizations.

Prior to a joining the Fedeli Group in 2016 as Senior Vice President of the Construction and Surety Division, Kevin was a co-founder and partner of The DLK Group, a leading Ohio surety agency. He brings deep experience in surety management and has served on the Ohio Contractors Association Executive Committee as the chapter chairman, along with sitting on the board of directors for the Subcontractors Association of Northeast Ohio. He is a two-time President of the Surety Association of Northern Ohio.

As a consultative client advisor specializing in property and casualty risk management solutions, Frances Kocher leans in and actively listens to understand clients’ needs and collaborates closely to formulate strategies for asset safeguarding and business growth. Kocher is an accomplished sales professional who fosters deep, long-term relationships with customers. Clients appreciate her tireless efforts to deliver innovative solutions that drive value and protect what matters most to their organizations.

Kocher graduated from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania with a degree in special elementary education, and she dedicates time to supporting related organizations including the Special Olympics and Best Buddies. She is also heavily involved in event planning and fundraising for Hello Bully, a nonprofit that rescues dogs from cruelty, disaster and neglect and finds them new homes. Professionally, she connects to other women professionals through the Pittsburgh Professional Women networking group.

Off-hours, Kocher enjoys boating, traveling, perusing real estate, and spending time with friends and family.

Nathalie Lacouture joined The Fedeli Group in 2007. She is charged with generating new business, leading teams of various marquee accounts, and serving as the resident Voluntary Benefits expert. She is a graduate of John Carroll University and the proud mother of four children. Nathalie is a supporter and active fundraiser for The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.

Prior to joining The Fedeli Group, Liptak and his business partner, Kevin Keller, established a bond-only agency and grew it from scratch to become one of the leading surety providers in Ohio. Previously responsible for managing the nationwide surety operation of NAS Surety (a member of the Swiss Re Group), Liptak has expertise in all aspects of surety bonding and is a tenacious advocate in supporting the business needs of clients.

Mark is Vice President of The Fedeli Group’s Property & Casualty division and is a veteran leader in the agency with more than 30 years of tenure. Mark has a bachelor’s in business administration from Malone College.

Nick Schepis

Nick Schepis

Nick joined The Fedeli Group as Vice President of Construction & Surety in 2024. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, he has specialized in commercial lines and construction risks on the carrier side. Prior to this role, Nick served as Vice President & Branch Executive at Liberty Mutual, overseeing commercial lines distribution and field operations in the Middle Market and Large Accounts division for Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Economics from Boston College, where he was also a scholarship athlete and offensive lineman on the football team. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Akron and the esteemed Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Nick resides in Medina with his wife, Linsey, and their two children, Isla and Luca.

Tony has more than 39 years of risk management and insurance experience and serves as The Fedeli Group’s Senior Vice President of Construction Services for the Property & Casualty division. As an insurance and bonding professional who focuses solely on the construction industry, he aligns with insurance underwriters to secure accurate coverage, and he partners with bond managers to extend additional surety credit. Tony works with bankers to restructure clients’ debt and leverages relationships and expertise to help clients succeed in their businesses.

Rob Snyder

Rob Snyder joined The Fedeli Group in 2002 and serves as Vice President of Risk Management. In this role, he designs, implements and executes plans that include technical support for corporate accounts. Also, he develops risk management plans for clients and offers consultative problem-solving in the application of insurance for contracting, transportation, M&A, real estate development, manufacturing, brownfield re-development and other businesses that poses financial risk to clients’ balance sheets. Rob has a mechanical engineering degree and is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
