Our Philosophy

Nick Fedeli joined The Fedeli Group in 2008 as Vice President of Sales, where he quickly developed a passion and intellectual curiosity for the aviation industry. Leveraging his finance degree, he immersed himself in understanding the inner workings of aviation businesses, guided by his belief that understanding how a company makes money provides a blueprint for protecting its balance sheet. His deep commitment to aviation clients led to a significant expansion of the firm’s portfolio across the United States and internationally, serving Part 135 and Part 91 operators, MRO Part 145 repair stations, and product manufacturers. In 2021, Nick led the acquisition of Aviation Risk Management Associates, now TFG Aviation, which today represents more than 50 clients worldwide and insures over $5 billion in aircraft value.

In 2025, Nick was appointed President and CEO of The Fedeli Group, where he continues to champion the company’s traditional culture and values while maintaining a strong passion for client service. He views his role as an extension of his clients’ insurance and risk management teams—a responsibility he approaches with pride and dedication. Nick is also a member of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, serving on the Ground Operation Safety Committee. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from John Carroll University. Outside of work, Nick and his wife, Chantelle, are proud parents to six children: Arianna, Gianluca, Gemma, Alessandra, Angelo, and Madalena.
