The Fedeli Group Announces Addition of Marc Casciani as Chief Operating Officer

Independence, Ohio — December 1, 2023 — The Fedeli Group, one of Ohio’s largest independent employee benefits and risk management consulting firms, has hired Marc Casciani as Chief Operating Officer.

Casciani brings with him over thirty years of industry experience. He has provided extensive leadership in sales velocity, organic growth processes, and client loyalty as well as in specialty practice areas such as alternative risk solutions and digital channels. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.

In his previous role as Managing Director at a bank-owned insurance agency in Pennsylvania, Casciani grew the organization’s revenue 120% in eight years. Umberto P.
