How long have you been at TFG? Since 2007, almost 13 years.
What is the best part of your job? In our business we deal with people that are in various stages of life. Sometimes they need assistance with a medical issue, the birth of a child, a disability claim, or the death of a loved one. When our team has the opportunity to be of service and make a situation less cumbersome for a family, that provides a tremendous amount of satisfaction for us.
What has been your greatest influence in life? My parents and my Nana. Fifty years ago, they immigrated to the United States from Colombia, South America. My three siblings and I witnessed how hard they worked and overcame for my father to build a successful medical practice, integrate into a society that was foreign to them, and provide us the best life they could. They also lead by example in helping those in need by doing things like hosting international transplant families and students in our home.
What are three things you enjoy to do outside of the office? Reading, Distance running, spending time with my Four kids and family.
Thank you for sharing your story with us, Nathalie. We are incredibly lucky to have someone like you apart of our team.
