Update on Our Office Remodel – Creating a Warm, Inviting Space

We’re excited to share an update on the progress of our extensive office remodel! We want you to know what’s happening behind the scenes as we create a space that reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Here’s what we’ve accomplished thus far:

• Lobby Design: Our vision is a warm, classy, and inviting lobby with a stunning combination of wood, marble, and granite finishes.

• Dining Room: We’re planning an expanded dining area designed to feel like the most welcoming, beautiful restaurant you’ve ever seen—complete with granite floors and tasteful finishes.

• Flooring Updates: All floors throughout the office are being refreshed to create a cohesive, elegant look. We’ve selected beautiful, coordinated carpets for our workspaces and areas off the elevators and hallways will feature sophisticated wood flooring complemented by rich carpet accents.

• Finishing Touches: From paint colors to woodwork details, every choice is being made to ensure a harmonious, sophisticated look throughout the office. Live flowers and greenery will add a vibrant, natural touch to the lobby.

Our goal is simple: to create a corporate home that is not only functional but also warm, elegant, and inviting for our clients, guests, and associates. We believe this remodel will make every visit feel special.

The Fedeli Group office has been in the Crowne Centre since 1991. We were the second tenant and are currently the longest running tenant. Through our tenure in the building, we have built a close relationship with the building owner. The Crowne Centre team have graciously agreed to facilitate our remodel.
