The Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250 ranking, developed by the Drucker Institute, assesses corporate effectiveness across five key areas: customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility, and financial strength. In the 2024 ranking, Apple secured the top position, surpassing Microsoft, which had held the number one spot for the previous four years. Other technology companies like Nvidia, Intel, Alphabet, and Adobe also featured prominently in the top 10, reflecting the sector’s strong performance. Notably, non-tech companies such as Mastercard, Johnson & Johnson, Philip Morris International, and Procter & Gamble also achieved top 10 rankings, highlighting excellence across various industries.
