Marc Casciani joined The Fedeli Group in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to Chief Strategy Officer in 2026, bringing over 35 years of experience in business growth, leadership, and strategic transformation. In his current role, he is responsible for translating The Fedeli Group’s long-term vision into executable strategy, driving organic growth, strategic acquisitions, top-tier talent recruitment, alternative risk solutions, and digital transformation across the firm.

A servant leader at his core, Casciani brings a rare combination of operational discipline and strategic vision to everything he does. His work is rooted in relationships, building trust among colleagues, clients, and partners, and in a conviction that great organizations are built by people who are aligned, empowered, and moving with shared purpose.

Casciani holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. His career spans leadership roles across the insurance, cybersecurity, and engineering industries, with deep expertise in business development, risk management, and client relations.

Prior to joining The Fedeli Group, he served as Managing Director of Insurance at F.N.B. Corporation, where he led transformational growth and expanded the agency’s capacity to serve large commercial accounts. His background in both technology and insurance gives him a distinctive lens for navigating an industry in rapid evolution.

Beyond The Fedeli Group, Casciani is the founder of MindWolves, where he helps individuals discover their purpose through The Fordriven System, a proprietary coaching framework. He is the author of Craft Your Calling, host of the Neighborly Love podcast, and creator of the Working in the Neighbor-Zone newsletter.

Casciani is honored to serve his community as a member of his local school board and is deeply committed to lifelong learning, personal development, and building others up.
