Marc Casciani joined The Fedeli Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2023, bringing over 33 years of experience in business growth and leadership. He is committed to fostering an inclusive culture, strengthening relationships, and building trust among stakeholders. With a strong background in insurance and technology, he focuses on driving innovation and operational excellence in the industry.

Casciani holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from The University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. A dedicated servant leader, he applies his expertise to elevate individuals and organizations.

As COO of The Fedeli Group, he cultivates opportunities that contribute to the company’s growth and success, focusing on four key areas: human capital, operations, producer development, and sales strategy. Before joining The Fedeli Group, Casciani was Managing Director of Insurance at F.N.B. Corporation, where he led transformational growth, increasing revenue and expanding the agency’s ability to serve large commercial accounts. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in the insurance, cybersecurity, and engineering industries, gaining experience in business development, risk management, and client relations.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Casciani is deeply invested in personal and professional development. As the founder of MindWolves, he helps individuals discover their purpose through The Fordriven System, a proprietary coaching framework. He is also the author of Craft Your Calling, host of the Neighborly Love podcast, and creator of the Working in the Neighbor-Zone newsletter.

Committed to service, he is honored to be a servant leader in his community, serving on the local school board. He brings a strong foundation in servant leadership, lifelong learning, and proactive, process-driven operations. With a passion for coaching and team building, he also has extensive experience in strategic risk management, helping organizations navigate challenges and drive sustainable growth.
