During my 20-year work history at The Fedeli Group, I have been given some great opportunities to learn from my associates that have enhanced my insurance knowledge. As a Client Manager, I have worked with some unique Insureds in handling their commercial accounts. There have been some challenges along the say but with great teamwork everything has worked out for the insureds.
From Day 1, I have been made to feel like family. The Client Manager serves as a project manager for renewals, new lines of business and / or carrier transitions. As part of the ongoing client experience, the Client Manager is expected to provide well researched guidance and resolution in areas such as claims, file feed integrations, premium billing, coverage issues and regulatory filing requirements.
