Employee Spotlight: Daniela Dinwiddie

This month’s pick for Employee Spotlight is Daniela Dinwiddie. Daniela is a Senior Client Executive in our Employee Benefits Division at The Fedeli Group, as well as a Practice Leader for our Emerging Market accounts. Daniela provides leadership for the Emerging Market team, as well as working closely with the CEO to strategize and execute key company initiatives.

1. How long have you been at TFG?

A combination of 15 years, I left after 6 years and moved to Delaware, I enjoyed being a stay at home mom for a few years but ended up back in Ohio shortly after and re-entered the workforce. I was lucky enough that TFG was hiring, it was a perfect fit.

2. What is the best part of your job?

The best part of my job is that it doesn’t feel like a job! It’s different everyday and the best part is we truly get to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. We work together as a team to bring creative solutions to our clients. I am grateful to work with a dedicated and caring group of associates.

3. What are three words you would use to describe The Fedeli Group?

Teamwork, Rewarding, Integrity

4. What is your favorite (pick one-movie, book, sport) and why?

My favorite sport is women’s soccer, watching my daughter play the sport since she was 4 has made me appreciate and love the game.
