Workplace Violence Insurance is the “New Normal”

The product is Active Assailant Insurance that provides coverage for claims of premeditated malicious physical attack by an Active Assailant at a covered location who attacks with a weapon (handheld instruments, small arms, explosives and vehicles).

Coverage is available for:

Legal Liability – coverage for damages/claim expenses you become legally obligated to pay following an incident. Your General Liability coverage may exclude Assault & Battery and not include such items as brand rehabilitation, psychiatric care, forensic clean up etc.

Physical Damage – coverage for cost of damage/destruction to your property resulting from an Active Assailant incident.

Business Interruption/Extra Expense resulting from an Active Assailant incident.

Crisis Support – post incident welfare support, emergency security support
