Kathy serves as the manager of the select lines and personal
lines departments in the Property and Casualty division. Her
responsibilities include the implementation of efficient handling
of customers' insurance requirements. She has her B. A. from Kent
State University, has been in the insurance industry for over 30
years, and has been involved in many areas including retail and
wholesale brokers, and as a consultant in the sports industry. Her
outside interests include golf, traveling, and reading.
