Kim serves as a senior client advisor and public sector team lead in the Employee Benefits Division. Her responsibilities include managing a team of associates who develop trusted relationships with public and not-for-profit clients. She works on employee communications, conducts employee educational enrollment meetings, assists clients with implementing wellness programs, advises employers on compliance responsibilities and provides legislative updates as they relate to healthcare reform. Kim has experience working with unions and their committees, and joined The Fedeli Group in 2007.

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, specializing in marketing, and holds an Ohio Health and Life license. She serves on the Account Management Committee of Ohio Professionals for the Anthem Star Council and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
