Courtney serves as a senior client advisor for the large market private sector clients in the Employee Benefits Division. Prior to joining The Fedeli Group, Courtney spent over 12 years in group insurance on the carrier side. Her expertise lies in ancillary lines, claim reviews, employee meetings and assisting clients with their wellness programs. Courtney also has experience working with consortiums and unions. 

She holds a Bachelor in Health Care Administration degree from Ursuline College and has an ACS designation. In her free time Courtney enjoys time with her family, running, golf and coaching her daughter's volleyball team.
