Senior Account Executive – Property and Casualty
Core Skills:
Excellent communication ability, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills: an ability to understand and develop
solutions based on data interpretation.
A strategic mindset, understanding how broader business issues
impact the risk management needs of an organization
Excellent property and casualty program knowledge: funding
methods, contract features, design strategies
Advanced understanding of insurance contracts, including
assistance in claims resolution
An ability to recognize additional coverage opportunities within
an existing block of business
Team leadership skills: capacity to work well in a team
environment, fostering cooperation and sense of purpose in
achieving a common goal
High level of empathy: the capacity to recognize,
understand, and relate to the perspectives of clients and
associates
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Bachelor's degree required
CPCU, CIC, ARM or equivalent designation preferred
Active State of Ohio property and casualty license
Job Requirements:
Provide both strategic and operational leadership for an
established book of mid market clients. Each client is to
receive a minimum of 4 in-person engagements (pre-renewal, renewal,
stewardship reporting, and mid-year review)
Participate in sales presentations with lead producers, offering
professional insight to the services of The Fedeli Group and
technical issues within the property and casualty industry
