Plan Design Analysis

The Fedeli Group will recommend and design plans using their expertise in cost savings and awareness of legal ramifications:

  • Assist your company and the Human Resources staff in development of corporate philosophy (including goals and objectives) as it relates to benefit programs.
  • Review benefit programs for efficiency as it pertains to administrative ease.
  • Review and make recommendation of plans to ensure protection in the event of subrogation or coordination of benefits.
  • Review wording of plan documents and make recommendation so as to provide consistency and clarity in order to avoid claim disputes.
  • Evaluate plan provisions and make recommendation to appropriate and timely communication to participants.
  • Review plan design provisions/language as it pertains to eligibility and termination provisions in order to limit your company liability.
