The Fedeli Group will assist your company in understanding and complying with the complex benefit plan laws and regulations:

  • Monitor pending legislation, interpret legislation and proposed regulations, track court decisions that my impact your company’s benefit programs and reveal information to us.
  • Evaluate your company’s plan design to confirm compliance with current and proposed/future state and federal regulations.
  • Review benefit plan documents and recommend changes where applicable.
  • Audit contracts, employee summaries and policies/procedures and outline for your company variances and inconsistencies which may lead to unwanted employee litigation
  • Provide recommendation/access to technical consultants for advice/direction on legislative issues impacting employee benefit programs.
  • Communicate good periodic seminars on regulatory issues that your company and/or its Human Resources staff may attend.
  • Guidance and recommendation on HIPAA regulations.
