His technical areas of expertise include risk assessment, minimization, assumption, transfer and all areas of financial assurance. A member of the Ohio Environmental Services Industry, Mr. Snyder is a certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and holds an engineering degree from Ohio Northern University.
