Edward M. Kraine CPCU, CIC, AAI is Executive Vice President and Chief Insurance Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Commercial Property & Casualty Division. He guides the sales and ongoing service of national and more complex risks within the agency. These include not only traditional insurance, but also insurance captives, and other loss sensitive programs. Mr. Kraine's primary role is to develop account strategy and promote marketing skills, using his critical thinking ability and extensive background in the insurance business. Ed began his career with The Hartford Insurance Group, and eventually served as an Account Executive and Vice President at Johnson & Higgins, an international insurance firm, now known as Marsh, Inc. Ed's knowledge also serves well in the business community and in the education community. He was Director of Education for the Independent Insurance Agents of Ohio and continues to instruct insurance agent and company associates throughout the state using a case study method.
